Herman Widjaja – Executive Director / Co-Founder

Herman Widjaja is the Executive Director and co-founder of Envirocare, with over three decades of expertise in the water and wastewater industry. He has overseen business development, process design, project implementation, and the successful completion of more than 120 regional projects. As one of the pioneers in Southeast Asia’s wastewater engineering and the brainchild of the Cyclic Sequencing Activated Sludge (CSAS) process, Herman has provided innovative and sustainable water solutions to leading industries and municipalities.

Herman is also the co-founder and a Board Director of BW Water, an international water and wastewater solutions provider with offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Germany, and the United States. At BW Water, he played a central role in shaping its regional and global presence, delivering integrated, fit-for-purpose treatment systems for both industrial and municipal clients.

His leadership continues to drive Envirocare’s commitment to advancing engineering excellence and environmental responsibility in the region.

Yosua Ng – Director

Yosua Ng is the Director of Envirocare Water & Wastewater Engineering, with more than a decade of cumulative leadership experience across SMRT Trains, BW Water, and Envirocare. Since joining Envirocare in 2019, he has spearheaded the design and delivery of new wastewater treatment plants while driving strong revenue growth and client partnerships.

He brings proven expertise in operations management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Yosua pursued both undergraduate and graduate studies at the National University of Singapore (NUS), specializing in Project Management & Environmental Management.
